Crisis Services

24 hour – 7 days a week community crisis phone line 07 541 1911 for women needing advocacy, information, support and shelter as a result of domestic violence in the home and/or community

24 hour – 7 days a week temporary safe house shelter for women and their children requiring safety and support as a result of domestic violence in the home and/or community
Support Services

Advocacy and support at police, lawyers, courts, Work and Income NZ, Doctors, Immigration, Child Youth and Family etc

Community based and outreach advocacy, information and support for women in the community needing assistance and support

Referrals to counselors, lawyers, doctors, support groups, accommodation providers and Domestic Violence service providers and agencies

Children who witness Family violence ‘Tamariki Ora’ (Ministry of Justice) approved program and counseling for women, their children, family and whanau experiencing physical, sexual, psychological and emotional abuse and violence

Community education, training and awareness workshops, presentations, seminars, wananga and discussions with families, schools, workplaces, service clubs, agencies, iwi, providers, hauora, clubs, businesses, and professionals etc
